Our custom karting suits are built for junior and senior drivers who want a suit that fits properly, holds up through a full season, and looks like it belongs at a professional event. Whether you’re running arrive-and-drive nights, club championships, or regional finals, you’ll look the part.

Two Build Options — Same Custom Process

Sublimated Suits Full-colour sublimation printing lets you go as detailed as you want. Gradients, photographic graphics, multi-colour sponsor logos — it all works. The colours are dyed into the fabric, not printed on top, so they won’t crack, peel, or fade after washing. This is the popular choice for drivers with multiple sponsor logos or bold team liveries.

Embroidered Suits Cleaner, more traditional look. Sponsor names and numbers are stitched directly into the fabric. Works especially well for solid-colour suit bodies with precise, high-contrast lettering. More restrained presentation, excellent durability.

Built for Karting Specifically

A karting suit isn’t just a smaller race suit. It’s cut for the crouched, forward position you hold in a kart — especially during high-load corners. Poor-fitting suits ride up, restrict arm movement, and get uncomfortable fast in longer endurance sessions.

Every suit is made to your measurements. We ask for specific karting measurements — seated position in mind — so the finished suit fits properly when you’re actually driving, not just standing in the paddock.

Certification Options

• CIK-FIA 2013 Level 2 homologated — required for most competitive karting series in Canada and internationally
• SFI rated options available — for drivers who also compete in car classes and want one suit that covers both

Sizing — Junior Through Senior

We build suits for drivers of all ages and sizes. Junior suits for young drivers starting out. Senior fits for adult drivers. If you’re ordering for a young driver who’s still growing, ask us about leaving a little extra room in the seams — we can do that.

What Happens After You Order

Within one business day, a member of our team will contact you to collect your measurements and design direction. You’ll get a full-colour proof showing exactly how your suit will look. We won’t cut fabric until you’ve signed off on the design.

Production runs approximately three to five weeks from approval. We ship to all Canadian provinces and to the United States.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I send my own artwork and sponsor logos? Yes. Send files in vector format (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PDF) for the best results. If you only have a PNG or JPEG, send it anyway — we’ll let you know if the resolution works.

Do I need matching gloves and shoes? We carry custom karting gloves and shoes that can be built to match your suit design. Many drivers order the full set at once to get matching graphics across the whole kit.

What’s the minimum order? We build single suits. You don’t need to order a full team package, though we do offer pricing for team orders of three or more suits.
