Every curtain is made to fit your trailer’s actual measurements. There are no standard sizes. You measure the opening that needs to be covered, and the curtain is designed around those dimensions.

Full Dye-Sublimation Print

Your sponsor logos, team colours, car number and custom graphics are printed using the same dye-sublimation process used on our custom crew shirts.

Because the colour is dyed into the fabric instead of being applied as a surface layer, the graphics will not peel or crack.

Heavy-Duty Polyester Material

The curtain is produced from durable, weather-resistant polyester designed to handle regular use at the racetrack. The material resists tearing, handles outdoor exposure and packs flat for easier transportation between events.

It can be cleaned using mild soap and water.

Hook-and-Loop Installation

Heavy-duty hook-and-loop material provides a secure installation while allowing the curtain to be removed when required.

The mating Velcro strips are added to the walls and ceiling of the trailer opening. This allows the curtain to attach across the top and sides, creating a cleaner and more secure enclosure.

Clear PVC Windows

Single or double clear PVC window panels are typically added to allow natural light into the trailer and provide visibility without opening or removing the curtain.

Centre Zipper Entry

A full-length zipper in centre of the curtain allows drivers and crew members to move in and out of the trailer with ease.

How to Order Your Custom Trailer Curtain

Step 1—Measure Your Opening

Measure the width and height of the area you need covered. Be sure to account for any door frames, hinges, cabinets or other hardware around the opening.

Photos are helpful when the trailer has an unusual configuration. 

Step 2—Send Your Artwork

Send us your sponsor logos, team graphics, car number, trailer graphics or any other artwork you want included.

We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf, high-resolution .png and .psd files.

If you do not have finished artwork, contact EPIC Racewear to discuss your design and receive a quote.

Step 3—Approve Your Proof

We provide a digital proof showing how your finished trailer curtain will look. You can review the layout, request changes and approve the design before it enters production.

Step 4—Invoice Settlement, Production and Shipping

Following artwork approval and invoice settlement, delivery is typically 2–3 weeks.
