Full Dye-Sublimation Print

Your sponsor logos, team colours, car number, and custom graphics are printed using the same dye-sublimation process we use for our SFI racing suits and custom crew shirts. Colour is bonded into the fabric, not sitting on top of it — it will not peel, crack, or fade through seasons of sun, rain, and road grime.

Heavy-Duty Polyester Base

We build on a durable, weather-resistant polyester that resists tearing, handles UV exposure, and packs flat for transport between events. Wipes clean with soap and water. Built to last a full Canadian race season and beyond.

Velcro-Strip Installation

A heavy-duty hook-and-loop strip across the top edge makes it fast to mount at the track and remove before highway towing. No drilling. No permanent hardware on your trailer.

Clear PVC Windows

Single or double transparent panels reduce heat buildup while letting light into your trailer. Useful for longer race weekends where the trailer stays closed overnight.

Centre Zipper Entry

A full-length zipper down the centre panel lets crew move in and out of the trailer without removing the curtain — ideal for enclosed setups during active race preparation.

Mesh Ventilation Panels

Breathable mesh sections allow airflow on hot race days while keeping the curtain in place. Common for summer short track events across Ontario and the Prairies.

Reinforced Grommet Edges

Step 1 — Measure Your Opening

Step 2 — Send Your Artwork

Sponsor logos, team graphics, car number, hauler scheme — send us whatever you have. We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf, high-resolution .png, and .psd files. No artwork ready? We can build a design from scratch — get in touch and we will quote.

Step 3 — Approve Your Proof

We produce a digital proof showing exactly how your curtain will look before anything goes to print. You review, request any changes, and sign off. No surprises on delivery.

Step 4 — We Produce and Ship
